Dunster Castle and Dunster village
Dunster castle is a fairytale castle perched on a hill. The Castle is open between late March to late October daily except Thursdays and Fridays. The castle, once the seat of the Luttrell family dates back to c. 1066 as does the water mill, which was mentioned in the Domesday Book. The Yarn Market, built in 1609 makes a picturesque centre piece to the village.
